Service Agreement Maintenance Program

This Service Agreement is to provide needed maintenance, cleaning and adjustment to standard home mechanical systems. This is done by pre-season visits and does not cover system failure or repair.
The term of coverage is twelve(12) months from the original purchase date of the agreement.
Also included with the Service Agreement Maintenance Program:

1. 10% discount on any work done during the coverage period
2. 5 year warranty on repairs, as long as you maintain the current Service Agreement
3. Safety check of entire system
4. Priority scheduling for 24-hour service
